In the event of cancellation of BOOKED & CONFIRMED bookings,
the following will apply:

Cancellations made within 13 - 7 days of guests' arrival:
- 50% of full accommodation is non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 7 - 2 days of guests' arrival:
- 25% of total is refundable.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of guests' arrival or guest already resident / checked in:
- the full accommodation is payable and non-refundable.
